Angels Ask

We know that you have questions about your care.  Our experience has taught us that by listening to you, we are able to tend to your needs more efficiently.  Consequently, we will be asking you questions to help us get to know what is important to you.  Our Angels don't have wings, they wear scrubs and below is a list of questions that our Angels may ask you.  Some may come during your initial assessment, while others may be asked of you during a later visit.
