Who We Are

from other Hospice Organizations?
Circle of Faith Hospice is a community based, nurse owned and operated organization, committed to providing the highest quality life-limiting healthcare to patients, families, and caregivers.
We offer an exclusive program of care tailored to the needs and desires to support those diagnosed with any life-limiting illnesses and seeking management of their health care at home or in a home setting. Circle of Angels Hospice's core values is patient comfort and quality of life. By focusing on the family as well as the individual, we treat the person rather than their life-limiting illness.
Circle of Angels Hospice is an independent Corporation licensed by the State of Georgia, certified by the Medicare Program, and a member of the Georgia Hospice & Palliative Care Organization. We honor Veteran's, and designate St. Jude Children's Research Hospital as our charity of choice. Our programs and our approach to patient care is all about living.
The founder of Circle of Angel's Hospice, Michelle, has advocated for patients and their families, as a hospice resource person and a hospice nurse. She has cried many tears for loved ones passed, but this frightening; yet mystical experience has yielded her much respect for death and dying. She suffered the loss of her mother, who was an anchor in her life, only two months after the loss of her grandmother, her praying earth angel. These experiences left her with a feeling of anguish because they never knew the compassion, care, and support that hospice services can provide. Both, her mother and grandmother passed away, alone in a hospital bed.
Michelle is determined that the patients and family members of Circle of Angel's Hospice will never be alone throughout their journey.
My mission as a Health Care practioner is to provide safe, effective care to all of my clients in an environment that promotes health, privacy, acceptance, and dignity. My goal is to respect my fellow human beings; recognizing their worth and uniqueness. Committing to always respond with sensitivity, patience, sensibility, intelligence, and thoughtfulness to the many diverse individuals that I encounter on this journey.
Do you have any special programs for Veteran's?
Yes, we are a member of the "We Honor Veterans" Program, a program designed by the National Hospice and Palliative Care Organization and Department of Veterans Affairs. The "We Honor Veterans" program was initiated to help improve the care of Veterans by educating Hospice workers and supplying resources to aid us in providing care that recognizes the unique needs related to a Veteran's military service, combat experience, or other traumatic events.
There are many hospice care agencies for you to consider. On the outside, they all look similar; however, it is the inside that matters. Circle of Faith Hospice is intent on setting itself apart from its competition by developing a patient first philosophy and striving to become an Employer of Choice by implementing a robust compensation package that includes Core Salaries, Benefits, Mileage reimbursement, Tuition reimbursement, and Opportunities for Career Advancement. Our concept is to make a difference in the lives of our patients and their families, as well as our employees and their families.
